Vice President of Operations

I’ve always been drawn to work that allows me to help others in a meaningful way. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, followed by two Master’s degrees in Finance and Healthcare Administration, which have given me a strong foundation in both the clinical and operational sides of healthcare.

At the beginning of my career, I worked in prosthetics and orthotics, and that experience truly shaped who I am today. Working closely with amputees, I saw firsthand how scars- both visible and invisible can impact confidence, identity, and daily life. I also saw the incredible resilience of people navigating those challenges, and I knew I wanted to continue making that kind of difference.

That’s what I love about working with Chrysalis Skin & Scar. The impact feels just as powerful. Being able to help someone heal, regain confidence, and feel hopeful about what’s ahead is deeply meaningful to me. I believe restoration is about more than appearance- it’s about confidence, empowerment, and helping people move forward into the next chapter of their lives.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, a mom to a beautiful little boy, and a proud dog mom. I love staying active and spending time outdoors, whether that’s snowboarding in the winter, hiking and camping whenever I can, or soaking up the sun (always with SPF!) I’m a Pilates enthusiast, an outdoor lover, and someone who firmly believes laughter is just as important as movement. Travel is another big passion of mine. I’ve explored 41 states and 13 countries so far, and I’m always dreaming about where to go next.  I am happiest when I’m exploring and making memories with my family!
